I recently became a Doterra Wellness advocate. After doing a lot of research, and saving my pennies I decided to go for it. I figured I would learn more about oils and how I can implement them into my family’s routine.┬áSo far I’m in LOVE!

One of the first things I learned to do with peppermint oil is to put a drop in my palm, rub my hands together and breathe in deep. It really wakes up the senses and is nice when I feel drained after being with the girls all day.

The second thing I learned to do with peppermint oil is to put a couple drops on my scalp during my shower. Holy shower Batman! Not only does it wake up my scalp, but it makes my shower a little more invigorating and renewing. The smell is to die for, and I feel like I’m pampering myself.
