**Why:** Order processing, customer support, fraud prevention, analytics, and marketing with your consent where required.

**Sharing:** With service providers (Shopify, payment processors, shipping partners, customer support tools) under contracts limiting their use to our services. We don’t sell personal data.

**Targeted ads/analytics:** We may use limited data for measurement/retargeting. Colorado residents can opt out of targeted advertising and “sale/sharing” of personal data. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

**Your rights (CO):** Access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your data; opt out of targeted ads/sale/sharing; appeal a denied request. Submit requests at info@homesteadsprout.com or via our online form. We’ll verify and respond within statutory timelines.

**Data retention:** We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements.

**Children:** Our site isn’t directed to children under 13.

**Security:** We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
