Shipping Policy (Physical Goods)
Processing: 1–3 business days unless noted on the product page.
Transit estimates: Shown at checkout by carrier. Tracking is emailed when available.
Address issues: Customer is responsible for an accurate address. Undeliverable or returned packages can be re-shipped at cost.
Lost in transit: If a carrier marks delivered but you didn’t receive it, email us within 48 hours. We’ll help investigate and offer next steps (replacement or claim) based on the carrier outcome.
International: If or when offered, buyer is responsible for duties and taxes.
