Refund policy

**Physical products:** You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Start at info@homesteadsprout.com with your order number and photos if applicable. Approved returns receive an RMA and return address. Unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable method.

**Exchanges:** If a size or color is available, we’ll exchange upon receipt/inspection.

**Non-returnable:** Perishables, gift cards, downloadable or digital items, personalized or used items.

**Refunds (physical items):** Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks can take 5–10 business days to post.

**Digital products (journals, ebooks, downloads):** All sales are final once download access is delivered. If your file or link doesn’t work, we’ll re-send a working copy promptly.

**Damaged or incorrect items:** Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number; we’ll make it right (replacement, parts, or exchange).

**Chargebacks:** We respond with delivery and download logs. Please contact us first—we resolve issues fast.
